Has. The services of this contract are in particular

.

1. Factory manufacturing, in all the art rules, of cables;

2. testing of cables at the manufacturer's factories, in accordance with the specifications set out in the technical clauses of this Special Specification and their storage until the day of supply in a guarded place;

3. the transport of cables on coils, from the manufacturer's factories, to construction sites or depots, including unloading with a crane;

4. making available free of charge by the tenderer of the reels. The coils shall have a rigidity intended for loading and handling;

5. although the reels are considered to be lost packaging, the removal of the empty coils will be ensured by and at the expense of the tenderer, according to the time limit set out in award criterion No 4;

6. supply of factory cable test reports in French and Dutch;

7. updating the inventory of the inventory with a duplicate of the shipping note sent to the senior official;

8. a listing will be drawn up by post in common agreement with the appropriate agent; the programming to be included on this listing will be given by the leading official at the beginning of the market. This computer listing will be sent to the leading official each month; this document will serve as a basis for the progress reports to be drawn up on a simplified document.

The services listed above are not exhaustive and the successful tenderer is required to supply and assemble, without additional cost, all the accessories necessary for the performance of this contract, in accordance with the rules of the art and in accordance with the requirements of good practice so that the supplies

fully meet the general or specific requirements of the Technical Clauses of these Special Specifications and that they make it possible to achieve safely and with the desired reliability the goal set when the equipment is put into service.

B. Place of supply

.

The supply of the equipment, which is the subject of this contract, will be split and will be made in depots or in various places of the Brussels metro network.

Each delivery order will take over the length, section and type of cable to be supplied and specify the place where the material is to be unloaded.

This order can be given by telephone with mandatory confirmation by fax or e-mail.
