The Opera Gate is open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the morning shift,

The Schauspielpforte is to be staffed in 2 shifts as follows: from 06.30 a.m. - 14:30 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. - 23.00 p.m. or until the later closing of the house after the extension of operations.
The above-mentioned operational extensions will be communicated in the confirmed weekly schedule, always on the Thursday of the previous week. Short-term changes will be communicated to the contractor in a timely manner.
For the controlled entrance and exit at the Opera and Theatre Gate, it is necessary that it is continuously manned from 06.30 a.m. to approx. 11.00 p.m.
Due to rehearsals and performances as well as various work on our stages, it may be necessary to staff the Schauspielpforte for a flexible period of time during the night shift (between 11:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.).
Due to these requirements and due to sick and vacation days, it is not possible for the in-house gate staff to cover these times.
In the case of short-term personnel appointments, the contractor is obliged to occupy the gates within 2 hours of commissioning by instructed gate employees.
We are looking for a service company that has gate-experienced staff and the capacity to reliably close personnel gaps in the SBF's gate roster during the above-mentioned period.

Therefore, the highest demands are placed on the flexibility and performance of the future partner, especially in this respect.
We require a permanently instructed employee pool of at least 5 people in addition to the instructed employees of the break replacement.
