Kouvolan Asunnot Oy requests your offer for property management and cleaning services in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it.
The procurement comprises two sub-procurements (Part 1. Southern Block and Part 2. Northern block), in which the client's real estate is divided into two blocks.
The project will be implemented as a cooperative real estate service under an alliance agreement. The client selects the two best service providers from the tender process, with each of whom the client concludes alliance agreements and forms a real estate services alliance for each block. In the case of a tendering procedure, the first tenderer may choose the parcel of his choice first, and the second-placed tenderer shall receive the remaining parcel:
The service will be implemented as a "French contract" at a target cost to be decided on a period-by-service basis. The client's estimate of the annual costs of the service for the northern block is approximately EUR 1.1 million. and for the southern block, approximately EUR 0.9 million. eur (VAT 0%).

Southern blockThe southern block contains 87 properties (apartment buildings, block houses, townhouses) with 1732 apartments.
The area is mainly located south of Highway 6.
Northern blockThe northern block includes - 78 properties (terraced, block and apartment buildings, as well as service houses). There are 2090 apartments.
