Built in the years 1931/32 at the Altenbekener dam 20, now listed school in the district Südstadt should be converted to a 4-speed IGS with full-day care, renovated and expanded. In the extension, a 4-group day care center will be integrated. The extension is being built as a 4-storey solid construction in reinforced concrete construction with facing brickwork. The four-storey existing buildings will be renovated and rebuilt. The outdoor facilities will be completely renewed / renovated in the course of the renovation and redesigned in accordance with the preservation of monuments.

Execution of plaster work with lime-cement plaster on existing substrates from different masonry after on-site removal of the existing plaster. Approximately 8 000 m 2 Wall plaster and about 1 500 m 2 Ceiling plaster.
