Rural Stirling HA wishes to select a partnership contractor to progress the proposed development of 50 units at Claish Farm, Callander.
The employer, Rural Stirling Housing Association, adopted a 2-stage procurement selection process to identify a partnership contractor to join the team in early course to achieve a negotiated design and build tender and to appoint the contractor to construct the proposed development at Claish Farm, Callander.
The following stages of procurement were undertaken:
Stage 1
Part 1: Quality questionnaire and Part 2: Pricing assessment followed by an interview process.
Stage 2
Preferred development partner selected from Stage 1 was invited to work with RSHA on the design and feasibility. From thereon, a second stage of pricing was undertaken. RSHA will now enter into a design and build form of contract with the preferred development partner.
