The University of Greifswald is currently using a telecommunication provider-based telephone system. The provision, configuration and migration of existing telephone lines into a PBX provider-based telephone system is part of the call for tenders.

The call for tenders includes the service of providing telephone connections in a telephone provider-based telephone system as well as the necessary services for their provision, including configuration and migration of existing telephone lines. Approximately 2,000 telephone lines are currently in use.
