The subject of the contract is the supply of servers for the purpose of retrofitting and expanding the ICT infrastructure for the implementation of the project entitled Increasing access to digital public services in the area of ehealth at the Dr. Józef Rostek District Hospital in Racibórz and migration of Infomedica data to the system

Amms. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The scope of the subject of the Agreement has been described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and in the Assortment and Price Form, constituting an attachment to the SWZ and includes, in particular:
