1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in the field of public transport in the area of the Municipality of Iwanowice and Michałowice as part of the communication line
1) Władysław – Maszków – Michałowice.
2) Celiny – Maszków – Michałowice
3) Grzegorzowice Wielkie – Widoma – Michałowice
4) Iwanowice Dworskie - Sułkowice - Michałowice
5) Zagaje - Sieciechowice - Widoma - Michałowice
The order is being implemented as part of a subsidy from the Fund for the Development of Public Utility Bus Transport.
Within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public transport, the Contracting Authority is the Organiser ensuring the operation of public transport in the Municipality of Iwanowice and the Municipality of Michałowice. The Contractor selected in the present proceedings, after concluding the contract for the provision of services, will become the Operator of public transport.
