"Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Municipality of Markowa in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023"

1) Collection and management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate residing in the Markowa commune. 2) Running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 3) Collection of municipal waste delivered by residents of the Markowa Commune to PSZOK. 4) Provide the owners of inhabited property with bags for separate collection of waste, and bags for mixed waste within the offered price.

1) Collection and management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate residing in the Markowa commune, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), i.e.: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; (b) the fraction comprising paper and paperboard; (c) fraction including glass (colourless and coloured glass packages); (d) fraction including metals and plastics (metals, metal packaging, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging); (e) the fraction comprising bio-waste (i.e. biodegradable waste from gardens and parks, food and kitchen waste from households); (f) the fraction comprising expired medicines (collected separately at collection points for expired medicines). 2) Running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 3) Collection of municipal waste delivered by residents of the Markowa Commune to PSZOK, i.e.: a) bulky waste; (b) construction and demolition waste (i.e. rubble, windows, doors, wooden and plastic window frames without limit, and polystyrene foam and mineral wool in an amount not exceeding 10 bags of 120 l per year per household); (c) used tyres, originating from households (no more than 4 tyres per year per household); (d) complete waste electrical and electronic equipment; (e) waste ineligible as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood (in particular needles and syringes); (f) textiles and clothing; (g) hazardous waste (i.e. packaging of plant protection products, equipment containing freons); (h) expired chemicals (i.e. packaging containing expired household chemicals and packaging containing unusable paints and varnishes); (i) batteries and accumulators. 4) Provide the owners of inhabited property with bags for separate collection of waste, and bags for mixed waste within the offered price. 4. Accepted quantitative data characterizing the order (not constituting order limits): 1) the area of the Markowa Commune is 6840 ha; 2) the number of inhabitants in the Commune – about 6474 people; 3) number of single-family and homestead buildings 1723, including: Markowa village (1085), Husów village (511), Tarnawka village (127); 4) The projected amount of waste in 2023 – 988,837 Mg (including the right of option). 5) Characteristics of waste collection bags: a) material – LDPE polyethylene film with a thickness of at least 50 microns; (b) capacity – minimum 120 litres; (c) translucent bags other than black bags shall bear the inscription: brown 'Bio', yellow 'Metals and plastics', blue 'Paper', green 'Glass', and the black bag shall read 'Mixed'. 6) Number and type of bags for the collection of mixed and separately collected waste intended for household equipment: a) bags of a minimum of 120 liters of black color marked with the inscription "Mixed" – a minimum of 30 000 pcs.; b) semi-transparent bags of at least 120 liters of green color marked with the inscription "Glass" – minimum 2 000 pcs; c) semi-transparent bags of at least 120 litres of blue colour marked with the inscription "Paper" – minimum 3 000 pcs.; d) semi-transparent bags of at least 120 litres of yellow colour marked with the inscription "Metals and plastics" – minimum 15 000 pcs.; e) semi-transparent bags of at least 120 liters of brown color marked with the inscription "Bio" – minimum 5 000 pcs..
