Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid - TIS (henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding a framework agreement for the purchase of licences, including purchase, hire, maintenance, supplementation, management, administration and consulting, etc. for the Contracting Authority’s member municipalities. The agreement includes volume licence agreements is focused on the distributor link.

The purpose of the framework agreement is the purchase of licenses, administration and assistance related to licence agreements with a large volume to the Contracting Authority's member municipalities. The agreement includes volume licence contracts/volumizing (LAR status).

The Contracting Authority currently uses the following products: Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware. There are different uses of licences in the individual municipalities. This means that not all municipalities in TIS will procure Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware licences. For example, there are currently only two municipalities that use Citrix licences.
