The provision of services of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness on the territory of the Provincial Specialist ZOZ of Langus Diseases and Tuberculosis in Wolica.

The scope of the service includes the maintenance in sound sanitary and hygiene state of 4 hospital departments (120 beds), Diagnostic and Treatment Department (quantity of endoscopic tests per year 1250), Chamber of Admissions (number of patients admitted per year approximately 3000) of the Laboratory Diagnostics Department, Department of Microbiology, Department of X-Genodiagnostics, Pharmacies with their equipment.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness on the territory of the Provincial Specialist ZOZ of Langus Diseases and Tuberculosis in Wolica. The scope of the service includes the maintenance in sound sanitary and hygiene state of 4 hospital departments (120 beds), Diagnostic and Treatment Department (quantity of endoscopic tests per year 1250), Chamber of Admissions (number of patients admitted per year 3 thousand), Laboratory Diagnostics Department, Department of Microbiology, Department of X-Genodiagnostics, Pharmacies with their equipment.

It is for the Contractor to ensure:

- detergents and washing agents

- cleaning products, maintenance of floors

- disinfectants for the surface and for disinfection: ducks, pools

- toilet paper

- paper towels for hands

- disposable towel feeders

- toilet paper feeders

- hand care cream

The Contractor provides means for decontamination of surfaces and equipment, means for hand hygiene in hospital settings.

The Contractor is required to secure waste bags (coloring in accordance with the applicable procedure), bags for transporting clean and dirty hospital underwear (color system), individual protection products for his employees (gloves, masks and protective clothing).
