Lot 240 - Ventilation and air conditioning (new construction)
The city of Hoyerswerda plans to build a 3-speed secondary school on the site of the former Konrad-Zuse-Gymnasium on Konrad-Zuse-Straße 7.
The project consists of two sub-objects:
1) refurbishment and reconstruction of the existing building, including energy renovation;
2) Construction of an extension as a new building.
The building complex of the future secondary school includes the existing former Zusegymnasium (existing building) as well as a new building to be constructed.
The tender for the ventilation technology covers the complete installation of the new building (component 8), ie the ventilation units, ducts with heat and cold insulation and other built-in components, the air outlets. Furthermore, the entire electrical and control technology for the ventilation units is part of the performance. The ventilation technology of the existing building has already been advertised separately. The refrigeration technology includes the complete installation in the new building and in the existing building, ie the air conditioning units, the refrigerant piping including cold insulation, as well as the condensate pipes from the air conditioning unit to the connection to the sanitary facilities. The entire electrical and control technology for the refrigeration systems is part of the scope of supply.
