Lisburn City Council proposes to procure a Contractor to provide a service to Treat and/or Recover residual civic amenity and bulky waste (“Contract Waste”) delivered by the Council (or by the Authority's contractors) to a single nominated Delivery Point so that at least 50% of such Contract Waste is diverted from landfill by means of recycling or recovery.
