The purpose of this service contract, with a maximum duration of 4 years, running from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2026, is for the care, maintenance, operation and supervision of the technical installations listed within the establishments of the C.P.A.S. of Schaerbeek defined below. This contract will also include a total warranty for the replacement of parts up to a value of €500.

The objective of this contract is to ensure optimal operation of the various technical installations in order to:

•Ensure optimal conditions of comfort, hygiene and safety for all users of the establishments concerned (residents, employees, visitors, tenants);

•Sustain the installations by reducing abnormal wear and tear and anticipate breakdowns/damage by ensuring preventive maintenance of the installations;

•Ensures continuous, efficient and efficient operation of technical installations from the point of view of technical performance as well as from the energy and environmental point of view.
