Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals Trust (BHRUT) wishes to set up a multiple provider Framework Agreement with a number of suitably qualified suppliers to deliver an outsourced radiology clinical reporting service to hospitals. This clinical reporting to cover routine CT, x-rays and MRI's. An out-of-hours service may also be required for night-time CT scans. A 24-hour turnaround will be expected as standard.

BHRUT is setting up this multiple provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of the London Procurement Partnership (LPP). A link to LPP's list of current membership is set out below. This list is regularly updated to reflect any change in membership from time to time. http:/lpp.nhs.uk

The Framework will be established for 4 years. The Framework will be based on a ranking such that a direct award will be made to the first-ranked supplier. Should the first-ranked supplier not be able to fulfil the requirement successfully for whatever reason the second ranked supplier can be directly approached and so on. It is intended that up to six suppliers will be awarded to the Framework.
