The subject of the contract is a delivery of 1 080 m 3 "standard" diesel fuel for public transport buses - vehicles equipped with compression-ignition engines.

"Standard" diesel fuel according to the nomenclature specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) on the quality requirements for liquid fuels, offered and supplied in the amount of 1 080 m 3 must meet the requirements of this Regulation. The oil offered must comply on the day of the submission of tenders with the current provisions in this respect.

The subject of the order will be subject to the conditions set out in the contract constituting part II of IDW - Model contract, as described in the subject of the contract constituting part III IDW - OPZ, as well as applicable law and maintaining the highest professional diligence.
