Purchase of ambulances (4 pcs) for the Central Uusimaa Rescue Service

Purchase of four (4) ambulances for the Central Uusimaa Rescue Service.

The City of Vantaa Procurement Center is requesting bids for four (4) ambulances for the Central Uusimaa Rescue Service, which is the City of Vantaa's commercial enterprise. The technical requirements for ambulances are set out in Annexes 1-3. The Tenderer shall submit the tender in such a way that the Tenderer presents the answers in Annexes 1-3 in the order in which they are presented. Illustrations of ambulances are provided in Appendices 4-9. The tenderer may not use the pictures in this invitation to tender. The acquisition is carried out in the so-called. as a complete package, with one (1) supplier with overall responsibility for the chassis and bodywork. The subscriber reserves the right to decide on the purchase of option equipment after the submission of the tenders. The price of the options offered is not comparable. Optional equipment can be purchased for all cars or only for parts.

Construction and mid-term inspections:

The customer carries out intermediate inspections of vehicles under construction during the work. All the different stages of work should be inspected by the customer. The client shall, upon request, obtain further explanations of the work if he considers it necessary. The stages of the construction work of the bodywork shall be agreed in writing with the contact person of the Central Uusimaa Rescue Service. Prior to the commencement of the bodywork work, the supplier, in cooperation with the customer, shall draw up a structural plan, which shall separately agree on the location and timing of the equipment. The construction plan must be approved by the customer prior to commencing work. The vehicles should be built at the same time to facilitate inspection. For the contracted vehicles, the selected supplier shall bear the travel costs of the subscriber (initial meeting, mid-term inspection and final inspection), min. five (5) times four (4) persons. If the one-way trip exceeds 300 km, the trips are made by plane. Intermediate inspections are to be carried out when vehicles are in the same construction phase. Special attention must be paid to the attachment, durability and easy maintenance of the structures, especially the equipment.
