Hedmark Trafikk FKF hereby calls for tenders regarding a contract for public transport services for the Hamar region. I.e. the municipalities Hamar, Løten, Stange and Ringsaker.

Interested tenderers are invited to submit applications for participating in the tender contest. Only the tenderers who are complying with the qualification requirements in the best manner will be invited to submit tenders.

The assignment includes the operation of the Contracting Authority's public transport services for 4 municipalities; Hamar, Løten, Ringsaker and Stange. The contract includes regional lines (which also include other municipalities than the 4 listed municipalities), city lines and local lines (school lines).

The assignment shall be paid by prices for the necessary number of coaches for maximum use and the price per kilometres for driven distance in the route, in accordance with commissioned assignments. An incentive/bonus scheme that will reward good quality (punctuality) and the increase of paying passengers shall also be implemented.
