The object of the contract is the supply of candies, confetti and streamers necessary for the Three Kings Parade, to be held on January 5, 2024, with the possibility of two annual extensions.

Each and every one of the characteristics specified in the technical specifications are considered mandatory and essential minimum conditions without being subject to any modification or variation. The minimum requirements that candies must meet in relation to their quality and composition are the following:

Candies must meet the following technical characteristics:

Pectin caramel - gelatin

Ingredients : Fruit pulp (at least 4%), sugar, glucose syrup, water, gelatin.

Gelling agent: Pectin.

Acidulant: Citric acid. With the natural aromas and colorants allowed in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 2001/1995, of December 7, which approves the positive list of color additives authorized for use in the manufacture of food products, as well as their conditions of use.

100% allergen free. Without any of the 14 allergens listed in the European directive 1169/2011.

Gluten and Lactose Free
