The contracting authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of fixed term energy contracts (mains Gas, Half Hourly, Non Half Hourly, and UMS Electricity) for use by UK contracting authorities (as defined in Article 1(9) of Directive 2004/18/EC and implemented by Regulation 3 of The Public contracts Regulations 2006) or its agent(s). The Energy Consortium (TEC) is seeking to create a framework agreement with an envisaged maximum of 16 providers who shall be invited to mini-competitions to supply the specific individual requirements of TEC members.
