As part of the implementation of the 2nd expansion stage of the Heat Strategy 2020, Stadtwerke Greifswald is planning to build another CHP plant (innovative combined heat and power). As part of the 2nd expansion stage, an iBHKW module (approx. 4.5 MW el.) will be installed in conjunction with a large heat pump system (approx. 2 MW thermal). The large heat pump system is expected to be designed as a combination of several air/water and water/water heat pumps in a modular design. A new company building is to be built for the water/water heat pumps, the air/water heat pumps are to be built outdoors. The iBHKW module is to be installed in the existing turbine hall. The necessary conversion of the turbine hall is part of the 2nd expansion stage of the Heat Strategy 2020. In addition, the project includes transformers for the CHP module as well as the associated control technology for the control and regulation of the new plants, including the connection to the existing plants.

Conversion of the existing turbine hall for the CHP Boddenluft as well as a new building for the large heat pumps consisting of:

- Production of concrete cell CHP plant Boddenluft

- Production of heat pump buildings

- earthworks

- doors, windows, gates

- painting and painting work

- metalworks

- Production of AWSV surfaces

- paving

- making pipe and cable trenches

- cranes

The order includes all work up to commissioning.
