The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate and residential real estate on which business is conducted, located in the City of Reda together with equipping these real estate with containers and bags for collecting waste from 1/11/2019 to 29.2. 2020. Division of the commune into sectors according to Resolution No. XXIX / 320/2013 of the City Council in Reda of 27.2.2013 regarding the division of the Municipality of Reda into sectors, constituting an attachment to the documentation.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties and residential properties on which business is conducted, located in the Municipality of Reda together with equipping these properties with containers and bags for collecting waste from:
a) from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 1/11/2019 regarding waste collection and management;
b) not earlier than 7 days before the date specified in point a) regarding delivery of containers and bags for municipal waste to property owners by 29.2.2020.

For Sector I
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate and residential real estate on which business is conducted, located in sector I of the Municipality of Reda together with equipping these real estate with containers and bags for collecting waste.
Duration of contract from 1/11/2019 to 29/02/2020.
The Contractor is obliged to start delivering to the property owners containers and bags for municipal waste in advance (but not earlier than 7 days before the order commencement date) so as to maintain the continuity of the presence of containers on the property in the period after the last collection of municipal waste by the current Contractor, taking into account Note the current pickup schedule.
Implementation of the subject covered by the contract does not limit accessibility for the disabled.

The contractor is obliged to start delivering containers and bags for municipal waste to the property owners in advance (but not earlier than 7 days before the order commencement date), so as to maintain the continuity of the presence of containers on the property in the period after the last collection of municipal waste by the current contractor, taking take into account the current pickup schedule.
Implementation of the subject covered by the contract does not limit accessibility for the disabled.
