Tynset Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of building materials such as wood products, mouldings, doors, windows, hardware (screws, nails, fittings), manual tools, etc.

The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for building materials related to maintenance and smaller new buildings on municipal properties. It is especially important for the contracting authority to have access to building materials in connection with unforeseen events where there is a need for immediate renovation.

The total annual procurement for Tynset Municipality is approx. NOK 3,000,000, excluding VAT.

Building materials related to own separate projects are not included in this agreement. Power tools are not included in the framework agreement:

As there may be changes in the internal organisation in regard to work done internally, the limit for this contract is set at NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT.

The stated volume is based on historical figures. This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.
