The school will be built for approximately 150 pupils including facilities for primary and primary education (year grades 0-2) and primary education (year grades 3—6 and 7-9) for instruction. In addition, a physical education hall, a service kitchen with manufacturing kitchen readiness, gymnasium, facilities needed by staff and administration, and social and health services will also be built in the school centre. In addition to teaching and administrative use, school facilities (especially sports hall) are evening and weekend use, which should be considered for sizing. The total scope of the school centre, according to current estimates, is about 3.500 brm2.
The contract structure and the scope of the contract structure will be detailed during the negotiation phase of the acquisition. In terms of maintenance and user services, planning and implementation efforts are made to take into account the geographical location of the object.
The school will be built on the grounds of the current Inari school. Work on the project does not include demolition of buildings currently located on the site. Demolition of the subscriber commission as a separate purchase.

Project language is Finnish. You can apply for participation and you can choose to implement the project as a consortium. Members of the grouping cannot be reduced or changed. Members of the grouping may be added provided that the new members meet the requirements set out in this contract notice and provide the required documentation. These requirements must already be met by the grouping in which the application for participation is made.
