The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter a contract - a framework agreement - for the purchase of electrical installer services and materials thereof. The work includes high voltage work related to municipal buildings and housing, as well as outdoor facilities.

Included in the agreement is a rota system that provides assistance in relation to urgent assignments.

 The framework agreement does in general not include work in connection with projects where work is carried out as parts of a large renovation or turnkey project. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to use the framework agreement in such projects when deemed appropriate.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with two tenderers, one primary supplier and one secondary supplier, for all parts the procurement's content. The tenderer with the best tender (the winner of the contest) will be asked first about delivering. If the best ranked tenderer cannot meet the contracting authority's needs, the enquiry will then go to the tenderer ranked as no. 2 (secondary supplier).
