The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of services relating to urban and suburban passenger transport by road in Italy and exceptionally in Europe. The framework contract, as well as the management of the services, will be undertaken by means of purchase orders. Orders will be managed by an automated process, through the so-called shuttle workflow which will be made available to the EFSA by the successful contractor. The specific conditions for performing the individual assignment will be defined on the purchase order.

The service will be mainly performed for transport between the EFSA headquarters in Parma and the airports of Milan MXP, Linate LIN, Bologna and Bergamo and vice versa.
