A 860, Stadttunnel FR / Quality Assurance

The subject of the provision of services is the technical as well as procurement/contract law advice and support of Autobahn GmbH during the design planning (service phase 3 according to HOAI), the remaining processing of the preliminary planning (service phase 2 according to HOAI) and the completion of the preliminary design according to the RE 2012 by the engineering consortium commissioned in 2011 with regard to the quality assurance of the planning documents with the aim of a performance control of the Engineering consortium prepared plans regarding:

- compliance with the scope of services (quantity),

- ensuring the quality of the planning (examination of documents in accordance with RE 2012),

- compliance with the contractually agreed deadlines and

- ensuring the quality of the determined costs of the measure

In addition to the performance control, the contractor should assist Autobahn GmbH in scheduling and cost control, as well as in contract and supplement management (e.g. Preparation and review of tender documents as well as supplementary documents) in the course of the project "A 860 Stadttunnel Freiburg".

Furthermore, project management services (e.g. Control and coordination of those involved in planning from all disciplines, specification as well as preparation and monitoring of services and deadlines including target/actual comparison, determination or preparation of facts and basis for decision-making, etc.) can be provided.
