In the context of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to combat social dumping and social fraud.

Purpose of the work

The purpose of this contract is the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, sewerage lifting plants and the establishment of supply and discharge collectors on the territory of the municipality of Honnelles, section Fayt-Le-Franc, Athis and Erquennes.

The market is divided into two distinct lots:

· Lot 1: Wastewater treatment plant

· Lot 2: Collector, 3 pumping stations and their force main

Bidders can submit bids for one or both lots.

If the tenderer submits tender for both lots, he shall indicate in the tender form his order of preference for the award of the lots.
