The tender relates to framework agreement on the production and supply of cubes and buried waste systems, as well as service and washing. The Framework Agreement contains two subagreements, Partial Agreement 1 and Partial Agreement 2. When procurement of this framework agreement, the supplier awarded to Partial Agreement 1 is granted exclusive rights to produce and supply VF cubes and VF 600 buried waste systems in West Combustion design. At the tender offer, municipalities in the territory of West Forburding will be granted the right to purchase cubes and excavated waste systems in the design of Vestforburding, as well as related services via the framework agreement. The supplier will be granted the right to supply cubes and VF 600 buried waste systems in West Combustion design to customers who are not contracting entities on Part-Agreement 1. This is agreed separately between the supplier and the customer concerned and is not covered by the Framework Agreement. Part Agreement 2 includes washing and servicing, including repairing and supplying spare parts of existing cubes and buried waste systems already established at the time of entry into force of the contract.
