The subject of the measure pursuant to § 16 sec. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III is the introduction to the training and labour market as well as the identification, reduction or removal of barriers to placement. This can include all activities of activation and support of the very remote participants aimed at a permanent professional integration

The participants are employable long-term unemployed (and their community of needs) for whom a cumulation of multiple problems is to be expected. An individual and intensive care effort is to be assumed. Participants are not able to participate in a measure outside their home at the time of allocation.
