Description:
B1 – Building, HVAC and Sanitary Installations and Electrical Installations for Building for the Project ‘Slammottak og kalkbehandlingsanlegg for slam ved Tangen renseanlegg’

The contracting authority hereby calls for tenders for the contract ‘B1 – bygg, VVS og bygg-elektro’ (B1— buildings, HVAC and sanitary installations and electrical installations) for the project ‘Slammottak og kalkbehandlingsanlegg for slam ved Tangen renseanlegg’ (Resection of sludge and a lime treatment facility for sludge at Tangen treatment facility).

The Tanegen treatment facility at Sørumsand is a biological-chemical treatment plant that receives sewage water from Sørum, Fet and Gjerdrum municipalities. The facility has a capacity for 64 000 PE and is currently connected to 29 000 PE. The treatment facility has no processes for the stabilisation and hygienisation of sludge, and the sludge which is dewatered in centrifuges is removed for further treatment at other facilities. MIRA now wants to procure a lime treatment facility based on the Orsa method (adding burnt lime to the dewatered sludge) which can provide a stabilised and hygienic sludge for use on agricultural land in the region.

This lime treatment plant must have the capacity to process all the dewatered sludge from the Tangen treatment plant and the dewatered sludge delivered from Nittedal, Enebakk and Aurskog-Høland municipalities. The external sludge is delivered in sealed containers that are transported by trucks with trailers that have two containers per delivery (trucks with trailers). In order to facilitate this, a reception facility for dewatered sludge from these municipalities shall also be established, and a scheme will be established for transporting both external and internal sludge to the lime treatment plant. The lime-treated sludge should be fed to existing sludge containers that will be used for storage to achieve adequate hygienic time. This contract (Contract B1) includes the execution of the building, HVAC and sanitary installations and building electrical installations to supplement the processing/machinery delivery that has already been contracted. The tenderer is fully responsible for the functioning and compliance with the specified requirements of the contract. There will also be work that the tenderer carries out outside the construction site such as engineering design services, procurements and pre-fabrication. See chapter seven for further details on the requirements. The project has a very tight progress plan and must be concluded.
