The assignment concerns the preparation of the architectural and building design up to and including the UO in BIM and the aesthetic guidance during the further development of the entire project. During the SO phase, consideration must be given to urban integration.

The school will have 12 group rooms, a gymnasium, a playroom, possibly Childcare (this is currently being investigated), Pre- and early-school care and After-school care and will provide room for around 300 pupils. The total surface area of the school is 2 480 m2 / GFA.
