The subject of the contract is the provision of Project Management services entitled: Construction of a network of bicycle routes of Western Pomerania - Route of the Western Lake Districts stage IV (Redlino-Białogard, Bezpraw-Karlino)

1. The service includes:

1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project;

2) performing investor supervision and control over the execution of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded contract for construction works;

3. Actions aimed at the timely execution of construction works;

4) documenting the progress of works;

5) fulfilling the reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager;

6) exercising copyright supervision in accordance with Article 20(4) of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994.

2. The scope of construction works includes:

1) Demolition and preparatory works;

2) felling of trees interfering with investment;

3. earthworks;

4) construction of a bicycle road;

5) construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route;

6) reconstruction of existing exits;

7) construction and reconstruction of sidewalks;

8) reconstruction of the intersection of DW 163 with DW 112;

9) reconstruction and construction of culverts;

10) execution of vertical and horizontal markings;

11) installation of road safety elements;

12) reconstruction of conflicting lighting;

13) reconstruction of teletechnical collisions;

14) construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings;

15) securing the teletechnical network and the power grid;

16) construction of rainwater drainage;

17) construction of road ditches;

18) humming with sowing of the area in the road lane;

19) making plantings.

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law — Public Procurement Law.

1) The scope of services is set in the amount of up to PLN 9,146.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services.
