Group of command constituted between city of Niort (coordinator), union of the waters of Vivier and communal center of social action. The service concerns:

- supply of all types of fuel available at the station,

- the supply of derivative products (additives, Ad Blue ...) and related services.

Duration of the contract: 4 years from 1.1.2020 or its notification date if later. Framework agreement with purchase orders containing neither minimum nor maximum. As an indication, fuel consumption is estimated for 4 years to:

- standard diesel fuel: 676,000 l,

- SSP95: 158,000 l,

- SSP 956e10: 18,000 l,

- SSP 98: 60,000 l,

- Derivatives (AD Blue): 2,400.

On the day of the consultation, the members of the group have the following quantities:

- city of Niort: 218 cards,

- SEV: 38 cards,

- CCAS: 26 cards for each member of the group.

the annual volumes are estimated:

- city of Niort: 180000 liters

- union of the waters of Vivier: 40000 liters

- municipal center of social action: 15000 liters
