This is a framework agreement concluded without a minimum or maximum amount, fixing all contractual stipulations and executed as purchase orders are issued ( Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code) .This framework agreement is single-awarded.This public contract is concluded from its date of notification for a period of twelve months.At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract is tacitly renewable 3 times per new period of 12 months.The first Poec can start at the beginning of November 2021 and at most before 31/12/2021.The expected date of market notification is 29 October 2021
