The subject of the contract is the readiness to provide and perform (the so-called active action) the service of winter maintenance of the roadway of municipal roads in the city of Skarżysko - Kamienna in the winter season 2023/2024 in accordance with the material scope specified in the Detailed Technical Specification - detailed description of the subject of the contract, draft contract and winter maintenance standards.

A detailed description of the subject of the Order (detailed technical specification) is specified in Annex 9 and No. 10-13 to the SWZ.

The length of the roadway of municipal roads – Zone I, on which winter maintenance will be carried out: 23.8 km

The detailed scope of municipal roads is specified in the list of municipal roads divided into winter maintenance standards in the 2023/2024 season.

The length of the roadway of municipal roads – zone I at the request of the Ordering Party is: 6.1 km.

The detailed scope of municipal roads commissioned by the Ordering Party is specified in the list of municipal streets

for winter maintenance at the request of the Ordering Party in the 2023/2024 season.
