Establishment of a dynamic acquisition system with the aim of "Consulting services in organization for the management of Kedge Business School". The DSS is subdivided into four categories as follows:
- Category 1: support for the organization of school management and the successful implementation of its strategy;
- category 2: proposal and implementation of a participatory approach to build and deploy the Kedge 2025-2030 strategy;
- category 3: punctual recruitment of manager (s);
- category 4: assessment - individual coaching of manager (s) or senior manager.
Category 1: support for the organization of the school management and successful implementation of its strategySupport in the form of an advisory service to the management of Kedge BS, with the following objectives:
- simplify its organizations,
- improve the student experience,
- develop culture and collaboration.
Category 2: proposal and implementation of a participatory approach to build and deploy the Kedge 2025-2030 strategySupport in the implementation of the strategy allowing:
- managerial structuring,
- structuring of communities,
- consolidation,
- stabilized and shared vision,
- construction of transformation plans.
Category 3: punctual recruitment of manager (s)Punctual recruitment of leaders according to the occurrence of needs.
Category 4: assessment - individual coaching of manager (s) or senior manager (s)The objective is to allow its beneficiary to implement the managerial pillars devolved to its function in coherence with the strategy of Kdge BS. This coaching can be initiated when the beneficiary takes office as at any time deemed appropriate by Kedge BS.
