The lift maintenance contract will cover the maintenance and repair of passenger lifts (mainly situated in residential properties) and domestic lifts (mainly situated in dwellings). The contract provisions will include servicing, repairs and supplementary inspection/testing.

All expressions of interest / PQQ returns must be communicated as per the details in the PQQ at the above web address. Any expressions / PQQ returns that are not communicated / provided as per the PQQ document may not be received and may therefore be disregarded.

Southern Housing Group reserve the right to discontinue the procurement process at any time which shall include the right not to award a contract and does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid or any tender/ PQQ received.

Southern Housing Group shall not be liable for any cost or expense incurred by any candidate or tenderer in connection with the completion and return information requested in this contract notice or in the completion or submission of any PQQ or tender.
