Troms fylkesbibliotek [Troms County Library] wants tender offers for the development and implementation of further and continuing education for managers that shall be offered to the library managers in the municipalities in Troms. It may also be relevant to recruit students from Finnmark.

Process management:

Comprehensive throughout the entire study period with at least one gathering per semester and follow-up and assignments between the gatherings, individually and in groups. Not study credit awarding.

2) development work: 1 semester;

3) management in the public sector: 1 semester.
