The City of Rauma (hereinafter also referred to as "client" or "contracting entity") will request your tender in accordance with the contract notice sent to the Hilma notification channel for publication on 12.9.2023 and this invitation to tender and its appendices in a competitive bidding process concerning the acquisition of a marketing partner for the City of Rauma and other contracting entities involved in the procurement.

The marketing services to be put out to tender are available to the City of Rauma and its group companies Port of Rauma Ltd, Rauman Energia Oy, Rauman Meriteollisuuskiinteistöt Oy, Seaside Industry Park Oy, Rauman Oppilaitoskiinteistöt Oy and Rauman Asunnot Oy. Each contracting entity makes its own procurement decision and contract with the selected service provider. The customer acquires marketing services according to their needs and does not commit to a minimum amount in their purchases. The City of Rauma is responsible for organising the tendering process. Approximately 85 per cent of the marketing services subject to this tendering process are provided to the City of Rauma and 15 per cent to the mentioned group companies.

The contracting entity selects one (1) service provider with whom a service contract will be concluded. The service provider selected may also be a group of providers.

Partial, parallel and alternative offers are not allowed. The contracting entity does not commit to specific procurement quantities. The service provider does not have the exclusive right to provide the service to the contracting entity.

The procurement has not been divided into parts, because the marketing cooperation to be put out to tender forms a single entity and dividing it into parts would make the implementation of the contract technically too difficult. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendices to the invitation to tender.

The estimated total value of the procurement for the contract period, including option periods, is EUR 215,000 (VAT 0%), including the acquisitions of each contracting entity involved.

Tenderers shall not be remunerated for submitting a tender or participating in any other procedure or for any measures taken in connection therewith.

The tender documents are available in Finnish. If the tenderer wishes to have the tender documents published in another language, the tenderer is responsible for the translation and the resulting costs.
