The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: design and execution of works for the task entitled: "Demolition, reconstruction, extension and construction of the building entitled: railway line No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz on the section No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz on the section No. C2 from km 44+866 (km 45+900) to km 48+600 (km 49+822)" as part of the project "Modernisation of railway line No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz, on the sections Chabówka – Rabka Zaryte – Mszana Dolna and Limanowa – Klęczany – Nowy Sącz".

A detailed description of the subject of the Order is presented in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Volume III of this SWZ and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) constituting Volume IV of this SWZ.

Name: Design (within the scope of the SRK industry) and comprehensive execution of construction works on the railway line 104 on the C2 section Limanowa station as part of the Project entitled: "Modernization of the railway line No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz, on the section Chabówka - Rabka Zaryte - Mszana Dolna and Limanowa - Klęczany - Nowy Sącz"

The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: design and execution of works for the task entitled: "Demolition, reconstruction, extension and construction of the building entitled: railway line No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz on the section No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz on the section No. C2 from km 44+866 (km 45+900) to km 48+600 (km 49+822)" as part of the project "Modernisation of railway line No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz, on the sections Chabówka – Rabka Zaryte – Mszana Dolna and Limanowa – Klęczany – Nowy Sącz".

The entire subject of the Order includes the implementation of the following elements:

The basic scope of the Order includes:

1) execution of project documentation, including development of an executive project (srk industry);

2) execution of works in the scope described in OPZ and PFU in the ranges:

(a) pavement and undertrack,

(b) drainage and hydrotechnical works,

c) external networks,

d) road,

e) rail traffic control devices (srk),

(f) telecommunications equipment and systems,

(g) overhead contact line and power and command system;

(h) non-traction line (LPN);

i) electrical equipment and systems up to 1 kV,

(j) engineering structures and accompanying works,

(k) platforms, passenger service facilities and cubature facilities,

(l) passages and passages,

m) geological and geotechnical works,

n) works related to the execution of elements of small architecture,

o) felling of trees and shrubs and works of the environmental industry,

(p) any other necessary for the performance of the task in accordance with the applicable legislation;

3) execution of works consisting in the construction of facilities for environmental protection;

4) development of as-built documentation, including surveying as-built documentation;

5) carry out the process of assessing the conformity of structural subsystems in the scope covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final trials of the subsystem) and forward the relevant EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for subsystems;

6) Ensuring Quality Guarantee by Providing Warranty Services for all systems that include srk devices provided under this Order — under the terms set out in OPZ and PFU, designed to ensure throughout the period of provision of the Services access to the ordered functional requirements to be implemented by the Contractor Systems and the safe and proper operation of these Systems, in particular by carrying out all necessary maintenance operations,

7) Providing Warranty Terms — for the remaining scope of Works not covered by Warranty Services.

The interface option covers the provision of services specified in Chapter 5 VOLUME IV – PFU.
