The subject of the contract is the provision of inmate transport services providing work to the Ordering Party by the Contractor's bus, in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of inmate transport services providing work to the Ordering Party by the Contractor's bus, in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract.

2. The provision of the incarcerated transport service shall be understood as the substitution of a bus in a place determined in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the performance of transport under the conditions provided for in the contract, including in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract – according to the following routes:

The course of the transport route: Penitentiary in Koronowo -WER Lisi Ogon - Penitentiary in Koronowo. Transport of prisoners from the Penitentiary in Koronowo, 86-010 Koronowo, Bydgoska 27 Street, to the Expeditionary and Distribution Department in Lisi Ogon, 12 Pocztowa Street, Białe Błota commune, and transport from the Expeditionary and Distribution Department in Lisi Ogon to the Penitentiary in Koronowo, 86-010 Koronowo, Bydgoska 27 in accordance with the bus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft Agreement.

3. The subject of the contract should be executed with due diligence, maintaining punctuality

and the safety of persons transported, in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract and in accordance with the regulations in force.

4. The Contractor shall in particular be obliged to perform the subject of the contract with the assistance of persons with professional qualifications to transport passengers, required by generally applicable regulations in this respect.

1) Provide an appropriate number of technically efficient and approved buses. The buses in which the services will be provided should meet the following requirements:

a) minimum number of passenger seats 30,

b) clean and aesthetic both externally and internally,

c) efficient and efficient heating in winter,

d) efficient and efficient air conditioning in summer,

e) efficient CCTV monitoring covering the entire passenger space inside the bus

2) have a current civil liability insurance

5. The estimated number of km during the contract is 42 120 km. The planned distance of one course is set at 27 km.
