1. The subject of the contract includes the receipt of:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

b) bioodpadów,

(c) paper,

d) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,

(e) glass,

(f) bulky waste,

(g) construction waste

2. The subject of the contract shall include the acceptance and handling of:

(a) hazardous waste arising in households,

(b) expired medicines and household chemicals,

(c) waste ineligible as household medical waste

as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,

d) waste accumulators and batteries,

(e) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

f) used tyres,

(g) waste textiles and clothing
