The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in acceptance

and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the City of Terespol in a year. The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority provides to be collected from owners of residential properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the contract execution period is approx. 1767.7 Mg. The above-mentioned amount of waste should be taken to calculate the Contractor's price offer. The quantities of waste given by the Ordering Party are estimates. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the above-mentioned amount of waste during the term of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to collect and manage the actual and actual amount of waste.
