Western urban areaThe contractor shall take over the cleaning of traffic areas for the city of Essen (hereinafter also referred to as the client or fire brigade) which have been polluted by hazardous substances (such as oils, fuels or even dangerous cargo). The spilled liquids, some of which are also hazardous to water, must be disposed of in accordance with the legal provisions with the most suitable cleaning process.
The service is divided into two territorial lots. The spatial boundary between the two areas within the city of Essen is formed by Bundesstraße 224 (B 224). Accordingly, the urban area is divided into a western and an eastern urban area. The specific structure of the individual lots is as follows:
- Lot 1: Western urban area
- Lot 2: Eastern city area with the B 224
