MCO of the large Vauban basins pumping station

This consultation is launched according to the restricted call for tenders procedure, in application of Articles L. 2320-1, L. 2324-2 and R. 2324-2 of the public procurement code. This contract notice concerns the submission of applications. This draft framework agreement with order forms, for a period of one year renewable six times by tacit agreement, aims to ensure the maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the pumping station of the large Vauban basins on the Toulon naval base. It includes preventive and corrective maintenance services on pumping installations.
