1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of switches for the benefit of the courts of appeal in Wrocław.

2. All equipment delivered as part of the execution of this order must be covered by a warranty valid for a period of 36 months.

3. The contractor must have the status of an authorized partner of the company that is the manufacturer of the equipment and services offered.
