Repairs of the fourth level of P4 maintenance of four EE541M traction motors, dismantled by the Contracting Authority from the EP07P-2001 locomotive, by the Contractor, in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles included in the DSU.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of repairs of the fourth level of P4 maintenance of four EE541M traction motors, dismantled by the Contracting Authority from the EP07P-2001 locomotive, in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles included in the DSU and on the basis of Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference, which is a model public procurement agreement.

2. The scope of repair will be determined on the basis of the assessment of the technical condition of the Engines, confirmed by the verification protocol and consists in the repair of worn or damaged components, combined with their partial disassembly and includes:

1) FIXED scope work - a mandatory scope of work that occurs with each repair;

2) ADDITIONAL works (optional) - works exceeding the permanent scope of repair, the implementation of which has become necessary as a result of a previously unforeseeable situation and is necessary to restore the railway vehicle to full technical efficiency. The necessity to carry out this work must be

confirmed by the Acceptance Commissioner and may be performed only with the consent of the Contracting Authority,

3) other additional works - the scope of which does not include a permanent and additional scope of repairs, and the implementation of which has become necessary as a result of a previously unforeseeable situation - the necessity to perform these works requires confirmation and approval by the Acceptance Commissioner and the Contracting Authority.
