The primary goal of the tender procedure is to achieve the desired quality level of cleaning and floor maintenance for all buildings of the Municipality of Weststellingwerf, falling under this assignment. The municipality of Weststellingwerf outsources the assignment for carrying out the cleaning maintenance. To this end, it wants to conclude an agreement with a professional Contractor.

It concerns an Agreement for the duration of three (3) years. After these years, the Client has the option to extend the Agreement seven (7) times for one more year. The maximum term is therefore ten (10) years.
