Design and construction of a police station.

The contracting authority entrusts the contractor with a global mission to design and build a police station, in compliance with the minimum technical requirements it has set (more fully described in the technical clauses) and in compliance state of the art.

The contractor is solely responsible for the proper design and production of the quantity necessary for the construction of the building.

In no case may the contracting authority be held responsible for omissions or shortcomings in the measurement, or for design errors; the fact for the contracting authority to award the contract to the contractor, and therefore to accept its offer, does not mean that it covers these errors or omissions, the correct design being exclusively the responsibility of the contractor.
